We deliver our athletic and performance clothing to most regions worldwide, bringing your go-to workout gear right to your doorstep—no matter where you train.
For domestic shipping within the United States, we cover all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and Guam. Whether you’re in a busy city or a rural area, we ensure your leggings, shorts, or jackets reach you without extra hassle.
For international shipping, eligible countries include Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, most European Union nations (such as France, Germany, and Italy), Japan, New Zealand, and select countries in Asia, Africa, and South America. 2. Order Processing Time

Before shipping, we take extra care with your performance gear to ensure it arrives in perfect condition—ready for your first workout.
Most orders fall under standard processing, which takes 1–2 business days (this excludes weekends, holidays, and peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday). During processing, we inspect every piece for quality: we check that moisture-wicking fabric on tees works as intended, verify zipper functionality on jackets (critical for outdoor workouts), and ensure seam strength on leggings (to withstand repeated stretches). We also package items securely to protect delicate materials—like mesh or compression fabrics—from damage during transit.

Two shipping methods are available for domestic orders, with no minimum order value required for both options:

This method typically delivers in 3–5 business days, and it’s available to all U.S. addresses—including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories. Note that territories may add 1 extra business day to delivery, and remote areas (like rural Alaska) could take up to 7 business days, depending on local carrier schedules.
  • Expedited Shipping: Designed for last-minute needs—such as a jacket for an upcoming hiking trip or leggings for a race weekend. This method delivers in 2 business days for most U.S. addresses, though Alaska, Hawaii, and territories are excluded from the 2-day timeline (these locations may take 3 business days with Expedited Shipping).

International Shipping

International orders also have two shipping methods, with no minimum order value required for both options:
  • Standard International Shipping: For non-urgent needs—like sending a pair of running shorts to a friend abroad. Delivery times vary by country: Canada and the UK usually take 7–10 days, while Australia, Japan, and EU nations typically take 10–14 days.
  • Express International Shipping: For faster international delivery—such as a special-occasion workout set. This method delivers in 3–5 business days for select countries (including Canada, the UK, Australia, and Japan), fulfilled via DHL for reliable tracking and speed. Delivery to most major cities is guaranteed within the timeline; remote international areas may take an extra 1–2 days due to limited local carrier routes.
Important International Notes: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply to your order—these costs are your responsibility (not Vuorinclothing) and vary by country. We recommend checking your local customs office for details, especially if you’re ordering high-value gear like premium hiking jackets or compression sets. Additionally, delivery may be delayed by customs processing—while we have no control over how long customs holds your package, we provide all necessary documentation (like commercial invoices) to help speed up the process.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility

We want shipping to be accessible for every athlete, regardless of how much you order—so we offer no minimum order value and transparent pricing for all shipping methods:


Free Shipping Promotions

We occasionally run enhanced free shipping promotions (in addition to standard free domestic shipping). For example, we may offer free Standard International Shipping for all orders (waiving the usual international shipping fee) or limited-time free Expedited Shipping for domestic orders—all still with no minimum order value. 5. Order Tracking

Use this link to view real-time updates on your package’s status—you’ll see when it’s “shipped,” “in transit,” “out for delivery,” or “delivered.”
For domestic orders, tracking updates are usually available within 24 hours of shipping. Carriers like USPS and UPS provide frequent updates, including delivery time windows for Expedited Shipping—so you’ll know exactly when to expect your leggings, jacket, or other gear, even for small orders with no minimum value.
For international orders, tracking may become limited once your package leaves the U.S. Once the package enters your country, local carriers (like Royal Mail for the UK or Canada Post for Canada) will take over and provide final delivery updates. If tracking shows “in transit” but no new updates for 5+ days, email us for help—we can follow up with the carrier to check on your package’s status, regardless of your order size.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order (or within 5 business days for customized gear), first check your spam folder—these emails sometimes get filtered. For delicate fabrics (such as mesh tees or lightweight running shorts), we wrap each piece in tissue paper to prevent snags or staining. For compression gear, we fold items gently instead of stretching them—stretched compression materials lose their supportive properties, which would impact your workout.
We also add a water-resistant layer to the packaging for waterproof or moisture-wicking gear (like rain jackets or sweat-wicking leggings). This layer protects against transit leaks (from rain or spilled liquids in delivery trucks) so your gear stays dry and ready to use as soon as you open the box—whether you ordered one item or ten.

7. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Orders

Missing Orders (Marked “Delivered” but Not Received)

Lost Orders

If your order shows no tracking updates for 7+ days (for domestic orders) or 14+ days (for international orders), we consider it “lost.” To resolve this, email us with your order number—we’ll immediately investigate with the carrier, sharing updates from their team every 2–3 days. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll either reship your order at no cost to you or issue a full refund (your choice)—even for small orders with no minimum value. We’ll also prioritize reshipping if you need the gear for a specific event—like a race or team practice—to ensure you have it in time.

Delayed Orders

If your order arrives later than the estimated timeline (for example, Standard Shipping takes 6 days instead of 3–5), email us—we’ll apologize for the delay and offer a discount code (like 15% off your next order) as a thank you for your patience, regardless of order size. For international orders delayed by customs, we’ll provide guidance on how to follow up with your local customs office—including what documentation you may need to share to release your package.

8. Address Changes & Cancellations

You can update your shipping address only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped—this applies to all orders, including those with no minimum value. Once processing begins (usually within 1–2 business days of order placement), we can’t guarantee address changes—carriers lock in shipping details once packages are labeled. If your order has already shipped, we can’t redirect it, but we can help you file a missing package claim once the carrier marks it as undeliverable (most carriers return undeliverable packages to us, and we can then reship to your correct address).

Cancellations

You can cancel an order only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped—this applies to all orders, including those with no minimum value.
